I call myself a Jill of all trades and a master of… well, one (photography, obviously). When I’m not behind the camera, editing, or knee-deep in business things, you’ll probably find me diving into one of my many hyper-fixations in which my knowledge is about an inch deep and a mile wide.
When I’m out and about, I’m usually hiking, dancing, camping, roller skating, kayaking, thrifting, or cheering on the Packers at my local Green Bay bar. At home, you’ll find me crafting something chaotic, annoying my husband Avi, or being terrorized by my two gremlin rescue pugs, Stevie and Elton.
I’m always on the hunt for my next adventure. If you love good company, big laughs, and having capital-F Fun, I think we’re going to get along just fine.

In 2019, I graduated from the Southeast Center for Photographic Studies with a degree in Photographic Technology—basically, a fancy way of saying I spent years studying light, composition, and all the technical behind-the-scenes magic that makes a great photo… well, great.
That professional training means every choice I make behind the camera is intentional. From posing and lighting to post-production, nothing is guesswork. You can relax knowing you're in the hands of someone who truly knows what they’re doing.
(With photography, at least. In life? I still have a few questions)

Yep, I’m officially ordained. You can call me Reverend Naomi Lynn Jemison (or just Naomi for short). That means I can photograph your elopement and pronounce you married, all in one go. If you’re planning something small and sweet and want to keep the vendor list simple, I’ve got you. And if you’re just looking for someone to officiate your ceremony (even if I’m not holding a camera), I’d be honored to help make it official.
Photos, vows, wild ideas — I’m your girl.
The "yes" woman in me wants to say "everything", but over the years I have narrowed it down to this: I photograph love. Whether it be romantic, platonic, familial, or self-love; that's my jam.
To be more specific, here is a list: Weddings, Engagements, Proposals, Families, Extended Families, Lifestyle Newborns, Maternity, Grads, Boudoir, Self-Love Sessions, Events, & Just Because! If whatever you are dreaming up includes humans and emotions - I'm probably game!
I aim for warm, true-to-life tones with a touch of nostalgic magic. You can view my portfolio to see my editing style to make sure it resonates with you! Minor retouching like softening skin and removing background clutter are included.
It depends! Weddings take longer to edit than photo sessions, and turnaround times vary depending on the season. My busiest months are September-April, so you can expect things to move a little slower during that time. I’m always happy to provide an estimated delivery date upfront.
I am a firm believer that these memories you have already invested in capturing should never live in your camera roll to seldom be revisited. They should live IRL in your home where you can see them all the time! Friends don't let friends' photos end up in the iPhotos graveyard... print your images!
I do offer prints, and I am very proud of the prints I make. I offer archival, color correct, high quality prints that you will not want to roll your eyes at every time you pass them in your living room because the printer made you look like an oompaloopma (been there).
If you read the previous questions, you already know I'm kind of a geek for the whole print thing. That said, you can absolutely make your own prints if you prefer. I just can’t guarantee the quality if you go that route. If you want colors, sharpness, and longevity that truly do your photos justice, I’ve got you covered.
